Ayanza is an AI-powered team productivity and project management platform ayanza — think Notion meets ClickUp, but with a stronger AI-first vision. Core product areas: Spaces — collaborative team environments; Objectives — OKR-style goal tracking; Tasks & Notes — idea capture and delegation; Custom Lists — workflow management; and Rhythm — scheduled thinking and reflection time ayanza AI angle: Generative AI writing is included even on the free tier, with GPT-3.5 powering the Premium plan and GPT-4 on Ultra/Enterprise ayanza — so AI is deeply embedded into the product, not bolted on. Scale & reach: Trusted by a diverse range of clients including Dell, Nike, Novartis, San Antonio Spurs, and San Diego State University ayanza — not a niche tool. Distribution: Available on iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows desktop apps ayanza, plus web — full cross-platform coverage.

An IT asset inventory system for the DrMax pharmacy chain. It is made up of three parts: a web CMS for managing staff, pharmacies and stocktakes, an API layer, and an app running on Zebra handheld scanners where the counting actually happens. Staff log into the scanner with a PIN or QR access token and scan device asset tags on site — computers, monitors, printers and the Zebra devices themselves. Scanned items are reconciled against the ServiceNow (SNOW) asset register and flagged as in order, new, missing or to be relocated. The CMS is used to create, track and review stocktakes and export them to PDF. The scanner app is built with React Native (Zebra Android devices), with a Hono.js backend and API powering both the CMS and inventory data synchronization.

I led the redesign and full implementation of the Hotel Nivy website, transforming an outdated digital presence into a modern, conversion-focused hospitality experience. The project involved UX restructuring, a visual refresh, performance optimization, and custom WordPress development tailored to the hotel's business goals.
